In a generation where Zomato and Swiggy are delivering food and groceries in ten minutes, your delivery system, in my case, perhaps, taken as long as more than 7 days, which is a big matter to ponder over for reordering. Though I have lot of respect for Tatas and their products, I could not show my face to my son, who argued with me because of my ordering the things through your website instead of Amazon or Swiggy, which would have delivered in ten minutes.
